POSITION SUMMARY
Front Light Building Company is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Onsite Sales Manager to represent our brand at the sales office and model homes in our Lowcountry Lanthorne Communities. In this role, you'll guide prospective homebuyers through every step of the journey while delivering the kind of experience that reflects Front Light's commitment to quality and service.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Staff the sales office and model homes during designated company hours, as needed.
- Deliver engaging, effective sales presentations to prospects that reflect Front Light's brand and standards.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of our product offerings, building processes, financing options, and the mortgage process to confidently guide customers through their decisions.
- Prepare and process sales agreements and addendums accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track homebuyers and manage their needs throughout the sales process using the company's CRM/lead system, providing responsive, customeroriented service.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep all sales and marketing materials wellstocked, organized, and consistent with company specifications.
- Place and maintain onsite signage, including home site signs, inventory signs, and open house signs.
- Build and maintain relationships with local realtors through regular visits to generate referral business.
- Monitor competitor communities and offerings and understand how Front Light compares in the local market.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports on competition, sales activity, and traffic. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Net Sales Volume: Total new home contracts written minus any cancellations within a specific period.
- AppointmenttoSale Conversion Ratio: Percentage of physical or virtual onsite visitors who sign a purchase agreement.
- Cancellations Rate: Percentage of written contracts terminated prior to closing, signaling qualification or financing issues.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSI/CSAT): Postsale or postclosing survey ratings tracking the buyer's
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- A valid and active South Carolina real estate license is required.
- Willingness to work weekends, with a scheduled weekday off (either Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for business travel by automobile.
- New home sales experience strongly preferred.
