Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Reading, PA, for an Electrical Panel Builder. The Electrical Panel Builder will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels as per specifications and design drawings. Day-to-day tasks include using hand tools and power tools, performing mechanical assembly, handling panel wiring, and ensuring quality standards are met. The candidate will collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong skills in soldering and panel wiring
- Experience with mechanical assembly components and processes
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in electrical panel building or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
