Special Needs Childcare Caregiver – Easley, SC (Full-Time)
Immediate Staffing – Start ASAP!
From The Heart Home Care is urgently hiring a strong, experienced caregiver for a child client in Easley, SC.
This is a high-need case, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, and confident in hands-on care.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
45 hours per week
Client Needs & Requirements
- Must be able to perform full assist transfers (client is ~100 lbs, no lift device)
- Must be comfortable with full assist personal care
- Experience with behaviorally challenging individuals REQUIRED
- Experience with seizure prevention is a PLUS
- Must be physically capable, attentive, and confident in care
Home Environment
- Must be comfortable around dogs and reptiles
What We’re Looking For
- STRONG caregiving experience required (childcare or special needs preferred)
- CNA or experienced caregiver strongly preferred
- Must be reliable and dependable – attendance is critical for this case
- Ability to stay calm, patient, and attentive in high-need situations
- Comfortable working in a private home setting
- Reliable transportation
- Must be a South Carolina resident
- Ability to pass a background check
