From The Heart Home Care is urgently hiring a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide support for a DDSN participant in Florence, SC. ➡ Schedule will be discussed during the interview and coordinated with the participant's authorized hours.
Client Needs & Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily assistance as needed
- Support individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with companionship and community engagement
- Help with daily routines and household tasks as needed
- Encourage independence while maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and reliable (attendance is critical)
- Immediate start available
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Must be pet friendly
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle (REQUIRED – Uber, Lyft, taxis, and other ride-share services do not qualify.)
- MUST BE A SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENT
- Ability to pass a background check
