From The Heart Home Care is urgently hiring an experienced caregiver for a high-need adult client in Beaufort, SC.
This is a hands-on, total care case best suited for caregivers with strong experience in disabilities or higher-level care needs.
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday | 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
➡ Consistent weekly hours with extended shift on Tuesdays
Client Needs & Requirements
- Client requires total care (full assistance with all ADLs)
- Must be comfortable with hands-on personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Assist with transfers and mobility support
- Provide constant supervision, companionship, and structured support
- Support a safe and stable home environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with DDSN, special needs, or total care clients REQUIRED
- Experience with Hoyer lift is a PLUS
- Must be dependable and reliable (attendance is critical)
- Must be pet-friendly
- Non-smoker REQUIRED
- Patient, attentive, and physically capable of hands-on care
- Comfortable working in a home setting
- Strong communication skills
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle (REQUIRED – ride share services such as Uber/Lyft are not acceptable for this position)
- Must be a South Carolina resident
- Ability to pass a background check
