About the Role
From The Ground Up is hiring Lawn Care Laborers to maintain residential and commercial properties across the greater Owatonna area. This is a hands-on outdoor job where you will be working with softscapes to keep properties clean and professional.
No experience? We will train. Have experience? You will move up faster.
What You Will Do
- Perform basic landscaping tasks (mulching, trimming, bed maintenance)
- Work with your crew to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
This is active, physical work — you will be outdoors and moving all day.
Schedule & Work Expectations
8-12 hour days roughly April–November

Opportunity for snow removal for year-round work
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Able to work outdoors 8–12 hours per day
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work as part of a team
Experience with lawn care or outdoor work is a plus, but not required.
Pay & Benefits
- $20–25 per hour based on experience
