Job Summary
Oversees and participates in a clinical nursing role and serves as the management resource person for the hospital on the night shifts including staffing, supervising, interpreting policy and assisting with staff development.
Education Description
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current license to practice in the State of Wisconsin required. Bachelor's degree in nursing and graduate education preferred.
Licensure Description
ACLS certification required or within six months. CPR certification required.
Experience Description
Three years nursing experience, two of which have been in a general clinical capacity required.
Special Skills Description
Must demonstrate ability to manage complex change, utilizing effective communication/counseling skills. Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership ability and potential managerial competency.
