Location: US:WI:SHEBOYGAN at our NE-SHEBOYGAN NORTH TAYLOR CLINIC facility.

Standard Hours: 20.00
Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: Will work with candidate. Clinic hours are 730 am - 530 pm Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays.
Job Summary:
Outpatient, flexible schedule. Work in an expanding clinic with a PT and PTA. CEU opportunities.
Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician’s orders.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 2 years occupational therapy experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required (unless grandfathered in under Bachelor’s degree).
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Wisconsin state license or eligible as a Occupational Therapist is required. If eligible, must obtain license within 3 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 30 days of hire.
