Location: US:WI:OAK CREEK at our CP-DREXEL TOWN SQ HLTH CENTER facility.

Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: Monday 0800-2030, Tues-Fri 0730-1600, Sat-Sun 0630-1700 (B week)
Holidays: holidays that land on B week will be expected to be covered
Weekends: every other weekend is part of this regular schedule
Job Summary:
At the direction of a radiologist and/or other providers, prepares patients, performs imaging procedures and operates imaging equipment. Performs diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. Adheres to organizational customer service standards and supports the organizational excellence initiatives. Provides positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff. Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as necessary. Is currently working in 2 or more of the following modalities and meets the requirements of advanced certification: Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X-ray, and Mammography. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: One year of current clinical experience in each modality is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required
EDUCATION PREFERRED: An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field is preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required. Registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography or Bones Density within 18 months of hire/transfer is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
