Job Summary:
The Community Impact Coordinator will develop, implement, and demonstrate outcomes of community engagement programs and South Region Belonging, Community Engagement and Language Services strategic objectives. This role will develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes, reducing health disparities, and foster relationships with community partners.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in health-related education, health promotion, public health or healthcare administration is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business, Community Health, Public Health or Health Promotion/Education related field is required.
