Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders - Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred - Knowledge of brewing techniques, mixology, and drink recipes - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Strong understanding of retail math for cash handling purposes - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills - Excellent hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
