Woodholme Country Club is seeking a Bartender/Server! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- 1–2 years of bartending experience preferred
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Maintain a supply of all bar products/supplies, including glassware, expendable paper goods, and other supplies
- Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of bar area(s), glassware, and equipment
- Assure that all laws applicable to food and beverage operations are consistently followed
- Provide food and beverage service to guests
- Prepare and serve food as needed
- Collect payment for food and drinks served
- Greet and provide immediate attention to guests
- Learn the names of regular guests and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure the best customer service
- Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
- Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
