Job Summary
Fritz Insurance is hiring an outgoing, dependable person to go door to door, introduce our agency, and collect basic information from people interested in an insurance quote.
Your job is to start conversations and gather information so our team can follow up. Our licensed agents handle the insurance quotes and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Visit homes in assigned neighborhoods.
- Briefly explain how Fritz Insurance can help residents compare insurance rates.
- Collect basic contact information from interested residents.
- Record information accurately and submit it to our team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable talking to new people.
- Is dependable and self-motivated.
- Can handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Is comfortable walking and working outdoors.
- Has reliable transportation.
No insurance experience required. Training provided.
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
