Door-to-Door Sales Rep: Your Path to an In-House Insurance Sales Career

Fritz Insurance is a growing independent agency, and we’re looking for a driven, business-minded person to take our message straight to the doorstep. You’ll start in the field and build the skills that make great salespeople: reading people, handling objections, and turning a “no” into a conversation. The goal is to move you into an in-house sales role.

You’ll learn from someone who has done door-to-door sales his whole career. This is real, hands-on training from someone who’s knocked on more doors than you’ve walked past.

What you’ll do:

• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods and start real conversations.
• Introduce homeowners to a chance to save on their insurance, and get interested people to request a quote.
• Track your neighborhoods, contacts and results. We’re a numbers-driven shop.
• Represent Fritz Insurance professionally and respect every homeowner’s time and answer.

Where this goes:

• Hands-on coaching in prospecting, objection handling and closing.
• A track into an in-house sales position for people who prove themselves in the field.
• Exposure to how an independent agency actually runs, from first contact to policy.

Who we’re looking for:

• A self-starter who shows up, puts in the work and doesn’t need a babysitter.
• Someone competitive who wants to earn more and sees “no” as part of the process.
• Coachable, ambitious and interested in sales or business as a career, not just a gig.
• Comfortable being on your feet outdoors for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay: Average earnings of $25/hour
Location: Johnston and surrounding communities
