As an Electrical Maintenance Technician for packaging and process systems, you’ll safeguard uptime, anticipate failures, and elevate the reliability of advanced automation.
Your impact
- Own installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical control systems for high‑throughput manufacturing.
- Lead troubleshooting on Allen‑Bradley hardware and PLCs via Logix 5000, SLC 500, PLC‑5, and complementary Rockwell Software tools.
- Optimize and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo motion, metal detectors, weighing systems, temperature control, feeding and extrusion equipment, material transport, and mixing assets.
- Maintain 120/208V and 277/480V systems; support work on 13,800V distribution.
- Apply disciplined root cause analysis to eliminate chronic downtime.
- Team‑oriented communicator who collaborates effectively across operations and maintenance.
- Track record of troubleshooting complex machinery and preventing recurrence.
- Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or 5 years of related experience (required).
- Strict knowledge of LOTO and safe work practices (required).
- Strong background with Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley PLCs and HMIs (preferred).
- Experience with TPM principles (nice to have).
