Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production/Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, collaborate with engineers to improve product and process performance, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical and mechanical tests on prototype and production circuit boards, units, and systems to determine performance to specifications and identify malfunctions or failures
• Perform maintenance on all electrical and mechanical equipment used in the production process
• Perform general maintenance duties (including electrical) throughout the facility to keep production processes operational
• Collaborate with engineers to correct design and test methods to improve product and process performance
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
• Ensure general clean-up of the work area
Third shift on a 5/40 work schedule
Union Role -
Pay information:
- Full-Time Hourly rate Range: $34.36
- $1.00 ph shift differential
This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which will determine your wages.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Willing to train on troubleshooting equipment
- Mechanical and Electrical maintenance
- Communication: Effective communication with team members, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.

- Ability to obtain Secret clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. ASME, electronic certifications, )
