In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to expert for all domestic IT needs-- leading daily operations, driving digitization efforts, and ensuring top-tier performance from our Managed Service Provider (MSP). You will collaborate closely with our global IT counterparts in Germany to align systems and strategy globally.

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations across all U.S. departments and digitization projects
- Develop and implement consistent IT processes, controls, and documentation standards
- Train and support personnel with a hands-on mindset
- Manage and hold the MSP accountable for service delivery, uptime, and support performance
- Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. teams and global IT to ensure alignment and support
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and global standards
- Develop and support reporting and business intelligence initiatives
- Learn ERP modules, database structure, and points of integration with other applications
What You Bring With You (Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years of IT experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Working knowledge of infrastructure, networking, ERP systems, cybersecurity principles; experience with Progress database ERP systems (proALPHA) preferred
- Successful experience managing vendors, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment
