What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server and Bartending position at Frisellas Roastery?
We’re looking for a dynamic Restaurant Server/Bartender to provide exceptional service and craft great beverages. This role combines serving guests with bartending duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar and in the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- Handle payments and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or bartender preferred
- Knowledge of food and drink pairings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) is required.
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Positive attitude and team-player midset
- Receptive to coaching and eager to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to go the extra mile and contribute beyond the job description
- Must be 21 or older
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
