Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Ability to analyze, compile, and manipulate data from multiple sources
Ability to develop spreadsheets and maintain databases
Demonstrated experience creating, formatting, editing, and proofing documents
Experience working with software applications in use at Frisco ISD
Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Efficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Database Applications
Bilingual skills preferred
Experience:
3 years of experience in an administrative support position preferred
Support Administrative Services in the tracking, screening, interviewing, and hiring of CNP staff including running background checks on potential new hires.
Plan and coordinate team building events within the CNP Office.
Assist with responding to questions concerning CNP staffing and general hiring and/or employee inquiries in a timely manner.
Track and maintain Professional Learning records for all CNP staff.
Track, maintain, and renew CNP Memberships.
Coordinate training events by making reservations, registering participants, submitting purchase orders and expense reports, and other tasks as needed.
Use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
Acts as a liaison between CNP leadership and campus level and/or central office staff.
Assist with staffing changes and reassignments as needed.
Schedule and coordinate training and professional development events.
Maintain integrity and accountability of CNP employment practices.
