226Primary Purpose
In coordination with the Administrative Services Secretary, provide administrative support for the CNP Administrative Services Coordinator.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:High school diploma or GEDSpecial Knowledge/Skills: Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracyAbility to analyze, compile, and manipulate data from multiple sourcesAbility to develop spreadsheets and maintain databasesDemonstrated experience creating, formatting, editing, and proofing documentsGeneral computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Google Docs, internet, and district and CNP software programs
Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to be flexible on work hoursBilingual skills preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support position preferredPrevious customer service experience
Major Responsibilities and Duties
Administrative: Promote participation in Frisco ISD Child Nutrition Programs through developing positive professional relationships with all Frisco ISD staff. Assist in educating parents and faculty about the role of the Child Nutrition Program and how its’ policies are designed to promote health and nutrition.Support administrative services in the tracking, screening, interviewing, and hiring of CNP staff including running background checks on potential new hires.Handle phone calls with minimal delay to assist internal customersDocument findings from screening and interviewing CNP staff.Assist internal customers with questions concerning CNP and general hiring and/or employee inquiries.Work with staffing agencies and District substitute employees to provide coverage to campuses.Assist in coordinating training events by making reservations, registering participants, and submitting purchase orders and expense reports.Track the training progress of newly hired employees.Assist in acting as a liaison between CNP leadership and campus level and/or central office staff.Monitor and maintain accuracy of timekeeping for district subs and agency staff.Assist in scheduling and coordinating training and professional learning events.Order and track employee uniforms. Other:Use sound judgement and maintain confidentiality.Maintain integrity and accountability of CNP employment practices.Comply with Frisco ISD and Child Nutrition Employee Handbooks.
Other Duties as Assigned
