Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and Equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance, Restaurant Maintenance, and residential painting. This role requires leadership qualities and the ability to supervise maintenance activities effectively while providing excellent customer service within a team-oriented setting.
Duties
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Conduct welding repairs and modifications as needed to support equipment upkeep.
- Manage electrical systems, including wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and component replacement.
- Oversee facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC repairs, and residential painting projects when required.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks.
- Supervise maintenance staff or contractors when applicable, providing leadership and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience with facilities maintenance in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics reading, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and the use of ohmmeters for diagnostics.
- Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting projects.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively document issues and collaborate with team members.
- Supervising experience is preferred to lead maintenance activities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
