What you'll bring

- 10 years of experience in technical sales, applications, product development, or food technology

- Knowledge of Performance & Active Nutrition markets
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to blend technical credibility with commercial acumen
As Technical Sales Specialist, you will translate customer challenges into winning nutrition solutions while accelerating growth across the Performance & Active Nutrition portfolio.
Key responsibilities include
- Provide technical and application support to customers and sales teams
- Lead customer discussions on ingredient functionality, formulations, and performance
- Support the launch and commercialization of new protein innovations
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, trainings, and product education
- Identify growth opportunities through value-based selling
- Share market insights and customer needs with Marketing, Product Management, and R&D
- Build strong relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders
- Use Salesforce to manage opportunities and customer projects
You'll join a global Technical Service & Application team within FrieslandCampina Ingredients' R&D organization, headquartered in Wageningen, Netherlands. Working alongside experts in science, innovation, and commercial development, you'll help shape the future of protein nutrition while supporting customers across North America.
