Pay: $21.11–$22.83/hr. DOE
Schedule: Friday–Tuesday | 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house dining operations across campus
- Hire, train, coach, and support dining team members
- Create schedules and help manage staffing
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction
- Partner with culinary and healthcare teams to meet residents' dietary needs
- Support residents with specialized and modified diets in Health Services
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and Oregon regulatory standards
- Assist with catered events, special meals, and campus celebrations
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace culture
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of dining, restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Passion for customer service and developing employees
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Healthcare or senior living dining experience is a plus
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Current Food Handler Card
- Valid driver's license
