FVK is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Tech. to join our team! This position is responsible for performing maintenance functions throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:
- Performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs
- Performs routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Schooling background and/or proven maintenance work history preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic
