What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor-Floor Care Technician position at D&D Maintenance Supply?
Currently hiring for FT/PT positions on our floor/special project crew; 90 day performance review. Starting pay is based upon level of experience.
Employees report to our office in Albion.
Work is conducted primarily on 2nd shift, M-F, but candidates must have the flexibility to work other shifts as needed, including weekends, dependent on the needs of the customer.

The floor/special projects crew is responsible for:
Stripping/finishing, scrubbing, and burnishing floors
Refinishing gym floors
Kaivacing/scrubbing bathrooms
Construction and top/down cleans
Janitorial Fill In
Windows
Other projects as assigned
A valid driver's license is required
Must be open to learning and adapting to new ways of doing things
Must be reliable
Must have own reliable transportation
Must have positive attitude and good communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Must have a desire to please the customer
Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
