We're looking for a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner to work with our team to provide primary care services for the residents of our local community. The ideal candidate will have a background in medicine and will be able to treat most common illnesses and injuries as well as perform routine screenings and physical exams. The successful candidate will have a background in family medicine and enjoy the satisfaction of helping people in their time of need.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose patients with a wide range of illnesses.
- Manage patients with a wide range of needs, including chronic illnesses and children.
- Prescribe medication to treat allergies and asthma.
- Work with environmental health specialists.
- Be involved in the administration of immunizations.
- Provide advice on the prevention of illness.
- Work with the health care team to coordinate patient care.
- Collect data for epidemiological studies.
