Location: Peoria, Tempe, Phoenix, and Glendale, AZ
Pay Range: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

With a focus on quality, service, and reliability, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Roving Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Arizona. This is a hands-on role ideal for a candidate who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a meaningful impact across multiple properties.

Position Summary:
The Roving Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting across a portfolio of multi-family residential properties. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building exteriors and interiors (e.g., windows, doors, walls).

· Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks and fixture malfunctions.

· Respond to electrical repairs, including faulty wiring and power issues.

· Maintain and repair HVAC systems; EPA certification required.

· Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.

· Address safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Paint interiors and exteriors as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.

· Repair or replace flooring (carpets and wood) as necessary.

· Clean and maintain communal areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).

· Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.

· Ensure proper functioning of fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits.

· Assist residents with lockouts and minor in-unit maintenance needs.

· Coordinate and schedule specialized repairs with vendors or contractors.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family or residential properties.

· HVAC/EPA Certification is required.

· Strong mechanical, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.

· Excellent attention to detail and organization.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Availability to work weekends as needed.

· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties.
