Friendly Pest Solutions is hiring a Pest Control Technician for an immediate opening in our Tarpon Springs service area. This position includes a company vehicle, an established service route, and opportunities to earn additional income through production bonuses and service recommendations — no cold calling required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pest inspections and identify pest issues using professional tools and techniques
- Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend tailored service plans to meet their needs
- Develop rapport with existing customers and identify opportunities for service upgrades or additional solutions
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments performed, and customer interactions
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of lawn care, farming, or landscaping equipment as needed
- Drive company vehicles responsibly to various customer locations, ensuring timely service delivery

Preferred Experience
Licensed pest control technicians strongly preferred
Experience with:
- General household pest control
- Route management
- Customer communication
- Service recommendations / upsells
Skills
- Proven experience or strong interest in sales and pest control
- Florida Pest Control State Certified Operator preferred but not required
- Experience performing residential and commercial pest control services preferred
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain services and build trust with clients
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly with a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of pest control methods is highly desirable
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions while using hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and follow-up activities efficiently
Company vehicle provided to take home daily.
Service Area
Primary service area includes Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, and surrounding communities.
