What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor washer/janitor position at Friendly Nursing Home?

Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate/ GED
- Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills in English
- Must have the ability to project a positive and professional image
- Should know proper cleaning methods, chemical use, and dilution (we will train)
- Knowledge of fire and disaster plans for the safety of the residents (we will train)
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be able to stand, pull, push, and lift at least 25 pounds, on a daily basis Must be able to stand for long periods of time to continuously clean
- Must use all body mechanics and safety precautions
- Experience in environmental services is preferred .
- Must use proper body mechanics and safety precautions .
