Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, assessments, reporting change in condition, labs, etc.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with other Nurses, Physicians, Nurse Practioners, and other medical staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Communication with family members

Required Qualifications:

• Current registration with the Rhode Island State Board of Examiners of Nursing
• 1 year of experience as a Nurse; willingness to learn and grow with our team. New grads are welcome and we offer an extended orientation .
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
