Expanding home care agency is seeking certified Home Health Aides, Supportive Home Care Aides to join our expanding team!
We are looking for compassionate Home Health Aides, Supportive Home Care Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Qualified candidates will travel to Westwood and nearby areas to provide care to individuals in the home setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:
- Provide health care services in patients residences under Nurse supervision
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Monitor patients and report on their condition
- Ability to treat and care for disabled or dependent's person with dignity and respect
- Dependable and Reliable
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly manner
- Multilanguage a plus!
Requirements:
- Massachusetts Home Health Aide Certificate or Nursing Assistant certificate
- health record within one year
- Car is mandatory
