Home Health Aide (HHA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing, tech-forward team. In this role, you will provide essential, hands-on care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, comfortable with technology, and committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care while working collaboratively with a supportive care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers as needed
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Provide medication reminders (non-administration)
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care using digital tools (little to no paper)
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) and AHA CPR certification – required
• Prior caregiving or home care experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – required
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets, apps, EMRs) – required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle – required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
