Current openings include:

• Commercial Litigation Associate | 4–7 years – Manage sophisticated business disputes with significant client contact and hands-on responsibility; NJ Bar required – $145K–$175K
• Labor & Employment / Commercial Litigation Associate | 2–5 years – Broad litigation role spanning employment, commercial and/or construction matters; NJ and NY Bars required – $125K–$150K
• Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney | 5 years – Handle cases from intake through resolution and trial, working alongside experienced civil trial attorneys – $150K–$200K
• Construction Litigation Attorney | 6–10 years – Senior-level role handling complex private and public construction disputes, including delay, change order, lien/bond and termination claims – $150K–$205K
• Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney | 10 years – Lead complex business disputes from strategy through trial and mentor junior attorneys; NJ Bar required – $190K–$210K

The firm maintains an 1,800-hour billable target and offers discretionary performance bonuses along with a generous origination program: associates receive 25% of originations; Counsel and Income Partners receive 25% up to $100K and 33% above $100K.
