About the Role
The firm is seeking an energetic, organized, and client-focused Corporate Legal Assistant to join their Corporate Department and provide essential support to a team of experienced transactional attorneys. The role follows a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM. This is a substantive, hands-on position where your contributions will be felt across active client matters every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and substantive support to corporate transactional attorneys across multiple active matters.
- Assist with the preparation and revision of corporate agreements, board resolutions, operating agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Support entity formation, qualification, and maintenance filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage attorney calendars with precision, ensuring all meetings, deadlines, and compliance dates are accurately tracked and never missed.
- Handle client billing, incoming correspondence, and thorough recordkeeping.
- Organize and maintain matter files, including indexing and filing documents.
- Draft correspondence and communicate professionally with clients on behalf of attorneys.
- Open and close files while maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive client information.
Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Polished written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Prior experience in a corporate or transactional legal setting is a plus.
