Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and internal teams with business development initiatives and strategic growth efforts.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and client research to support business development planning.
- Maintain and organize business development data, opportunities, client information, and experience materials.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, credentials, and other materials for client opportunities.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and practice materials.
- Coordinate directory submissions, awards, and other recognition opportunities.
- Support thought leadership, communications, and other content initiatives.
- Assist with events, sponsorships, follow-up activities, and related business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Three or more years of marketing or business development experience; professional services experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and marketing technology is a plus.
