Job Description
FRIEDA is seeking a friendly and dependable Restaurant Team Member to support daily café and restaurant operations. This position helps provide excellent customer service while assisting with food and beverage preparation, order service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation.
- Operate the POS system and handle customer payments.
- Maintain clean dining, service, and work areas.
- Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work cooperatively with other team members during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, café, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
