Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process POS transactions.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation according to restaurant standards.
- Package and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and organized dining, counter, kitchen, and service areas.
- Restock food, beverages, packaging, and other restaurant supplies.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve routine service concerns professionally.
- Assist team members during busy service periods.
- Support opening, closing, cleaning, and other daily restaurant tasks.
- Communicate inventory or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Follow company policies and maintain a positive team environment.
Qualifications
