Without the pressure of sales quotas, we are looking for a friendly, goal-oriented team member who can identify members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
We are hiring a full-time Member Service Representative Float. This position will primarily provide coverage at our Washington and Charleroi locations. However, occasional travel to our Uniontown and Waynesburg locations will be required based on staffing and operational needs.
Previous banking, finance, lending, or member service experience is strongly preferred but not required.
An Average Day May Include:
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account transactions
- Welcoming new members and opening accounts
- Assisting members with online and mobile banking
- Resolving account inquiries and answering phone calls
- Balancing and maintaining a cash drawer
- Participating in training webinars and professional development
- Identifying members’ financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services
- Accepting and processing consumer loan applications
- Interviewing applicants and gathering financial information
- Reviewing credit reports, income, debt, and supporting documentation
- Explaining loan options, rates, terms, payments, and required documents
- Making lending decisions within assigned authority or submitting applications for further review
- Preparing loan documents and completing loan closings
- Following up with members throughout the application and approval process
- Maintaining accurate records and following all lending policies and regulatory requirements
- Traveling between branch locations when coverage is needed
