Key Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients seeking legal support.
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients by articulating what makes our firm unique while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Follow up on leads and referrals.
- Provide back-up support to the intake department when needed.
· Create and update client records with accurate, thorough, and timely information & notes.
· Work proactively to contribute to our mission of compassionate care and advocacy.
Qualifications to Thrive in This Role
· Bilingual in Spanish & English— required to serve a diverse client base.
· Preferred customer service and/or outbound sales experience preferred.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Familiarity with technology tools, including:
o Zoom Contact Center.
o Multi-line phone systems.
o Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
o Microsoft Office suite.
· Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by metrics, with strong time management skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
· A client-first mindset and the ability to demonstrate care and empathy in all interactions.

· A consistent Monday- Friday schedule, 8:30am-5pm
