As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements with efficiency and warmth. Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude to create an inviting atmosphere
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely seating and smooth guest transitions
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand to present a polished appearance
- Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience as a Host or Hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving etiquette, and phone etiquette is beneficial
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
