Part-Time Store Clerk
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday 8am-1pm
Thursday 5am-1pm
Friday 5am-8am
Saturday & Sunday - As needed
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers in a courteous manner when they enter the store.
- Assist customers in locating the items they need.
- Complete cash or credit transactions
- Maintain and manage the store premises neat and clean.
- Resolve and handle customer issues effectively.
- Display, stock and organize products in a store for the customers to locate easily.
- Handle merchandise in a store in a safe and secure manner.
- Perform clerical duties in a store department
- Assist and support stores management in running the store successfully.
- Bank runs daily
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to spend an extended period working in a standing position
- Stellar customer service
- Punctuality and accountability when arriving at work and closing out cash registers nightly
- Attention to detail is essential for building and stocking displays to company standards
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a group and contribute to a smoothly flowing experience for all customers
- Ability to multitask and balance the needs of several customers at once is mandatory
- Basic math skills are needed to accurately close out transactions and provide change to customers
- Have own vehicle to do bank runs 3 times a week
Available and willing to work holidays a MUST.
