Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by promoting a portfolio of products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers
- Communicate product launches, pricing updates, and value propositions effectively
- Develop and manage lead generation strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Set and achieve team sales targets; provide informal leadership and guidance to junior staff
- Manage a mid-sized domestic territory or account with autonomy
- Build deep expertise in business, financials, market trends, and customer needs
- Lead small sales teams on a project basis to meet client-specific goals
- Negotiate product/service terms and manage account strategy independently
- Handle complex sales processes and large accounts; may serve as team lead
Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of experience within account management
Experience with rotating equipment/mechanical seals, or pumps.
Driven, motivated, detailed, and self-sufficient.
BSME or equivalent engineering degree is preferred.
