Controlling Manager - North America

Responsibilities

• Lead controlling for a three-site manufacturing region across the U.S. and Mexico.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly performance reporting.
• Act as a finance business partner to plant and senior leaders, turning data into decisions.
• Lead standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate, timely month-end and year-end close in line with IFRS and corporate standards.
• Manage and develop the site controllers/finance team across locations.
• Drive improvements in SAP, reporting, and financial analytics to increase transparency and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5–7 years of controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Multi-site and multinational experience (U.S. international operations strongly preferred).
• Strong SAP controlling experience, including reporting and business intelligence.
• Proven expertise in standard costing, absorption costing, and inventory accounting.
• Ability to clearly communicate financial results to operations and senior leadership.
• Organized, analytical leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
