We at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas. Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously elevate the site Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with global standards and evolving customer expectations.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to strengthen warranty performance, translating customer contract requirements into actionable quality strategies.
• Own site Quality KPIs—define targets, monitor performance, and drive data-based actions to improve results and customer satisfaction.
• Champion plant-wide quality improvement initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement solutions, and sustain results.
• Lead customer complaint resolution end-to-end, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and long-term preventive measures.
• Guide contract and risk reviews with Sales to proactively reduce quality-related exposure and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Serve as the site audit leader—driving internal, external, and customer audits while building a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of Quality Experience
• Must be computer proficient in standard Microsoft software programs.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the function.
• Must have excellent communications skills (oral, written and presentation) skills. Must be able to maintain effective working relationship with associates, managers along with outside business associates and contacts.
