We are seeking a driven and insightful Financial Analyst to play a key role in supporting a fast-growing, global business unit within the Freudenberg Performance Materials group. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, results-oriented environment where financial insight helps shape business decisions.

In this role, you will be at the center of the financial performance of FPM USA, partnering closely with Business Unit Controllers and cross-functional teams. You will support the analysis, preparation, and submission of critical financial data, helping ensure accurate reporting, strong financial visibility, and informed decision‑making across the organization. This position offers exposure to global operations, leadership collaboration, and opportunities to grow with a continuously evolving business.

Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly divisional financial results using Hyperion
• Develop and maintain required monthly financial analysis and reporting for corporate stakeholders
• Support the preparation of rolling forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range strategic plans
• Partner closely with Business Unit Controllers and Sales teams to deliver timely financial analysis and insights
• Produce daily sales flash reports to support business decision-making
• Perform additional duties and ad hoc analyses as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a financial analysis role; experience supporting sales or manufacturing organizations preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, and related financial reporting tools preferred
• Prior experience working in a global or multinational organization preferred
