Quality Lab Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Lead the Lab Team: Supervise daily activities of QC technicians, ensuring strict compliance with testing procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Ensure Accuracy: Oversee all laboratory testing, sampling, and analysis to meet established specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain Compliance: Uphold and enhance ISO 9001 Quality Management System practices, including document control, record retention, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Validate Results: Review and approve test data, reports, and Certificates of Analysis before product release.
- Optimize Equipment Performance: Coordinate calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment according to established schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in a quality control laboratory.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment governed by ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
- Familiarity with analytical testing equipment, data analysis, and laboratory management systems (preferred).
