Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical team in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Provide technical justification and support project managers in executing equipment upgrades
- Support a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA cycles to engineering changes and effectively communicating status to stakeholders
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 operations
- Ensure electrical safety requirements are properly defined and implemented, including risk assessments, performance levels, and PPE selection
- Develop detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- 3 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD and PLC programming/troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of industrial automation systems and coordinated machinery
- Experience with analog controls preferred
- Familiarity with control voltages, including 24V, 120V, 480V, and 4160V
