Electrical Maintenance & Reliability Engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) efforts to evaluate conditions, resolve issues, and prevent recurring failures
- Provide technical justification and support to project managers for equipment upgrades and improvements
- Support a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA principles to engineering changes and clearly communicating status to stakeholders
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 manufacturing operations
- Ensure electrical safety compliance by addressing risk assessments, performance levels, and proper PPE selection, and develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and integrated machinery processes
- Experience working with medium voltage systems up to 4,160V
