This position involves analysis of business systems, such as ERP and production data systems as well as project management services assisting Supply Chain, Sales, Operations and Finance business processes. This role acts as a liaison between the business and technical stakeholders, and focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to address business challenges with digital technical solutions as well as ongoing operational support of these systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between operational users and technical resources.
- Document, advise, and train in the use of the various business systems.
- Work with operational and technical stake holders to define business needs and scope projects, as well as manage project implementation
- Utilize problem solving skills to determine systems issues and solutions for stakeholders and customers
- Provide tracking and monthly reporting on issues and projects to Senior Management.
- Support report creation, maintenance, and delivery for various stakeholders.
- Lead transition from legacy systems to new solutions integrating approved corporate software and existing systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources on projects and solutions and manage contract or vendor work.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (computer science, data management or similar preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of ERP management or business analyst experience with SAP
- Project Management certification preferred
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Excellent written skills, especially technical documentation
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Skilled at persuading stakeholders into finding agreeable solutions to issues
