Assembler

Responsibilities

• Perform simple manual production and assembly tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety.
• Follow clearly defined procedures, standardized work instructions, and visual aids to ensure consistent results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in alignment with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Visually inspect components and assemblies to identify defects or irregularities.
• Support basic material handling, including movement, staging, and storage of parts.
• Report abnormalities, equipment concerns, or process issues promptly to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production goals.
• Demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and commitment—consistent presence is essential to supporting team performance and maintaining production schedules.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene.
